**NOTES ABOUT FITMENT ISSUES**
Due to variances in the Mitsubishi fan shrouds it is sometimes necessary to perform some light fitments work to attach the fan shrouds to the radiator. Typically we find that the driver’s side fan is sometimes tweaked ¼” to ½” away from the mounting holes, due to manufacturing inconsistencies and warp age over time. The fan shroud brackets are usually pliable enough to tweak into place by installing two bolts on one side and bending or pushing the shroud brackets to line up with the other holes. On certain we find it is sometimes necessary to enlarge the fan mounting holes. If the fan is off by an extreme amount from an accident or a bad used part, you can usually work them back into position by bending the bracket until the holes line up and then carefully clamping the fan in place on the radiator as each bolt is installed.
From time to time we have seen these cars, both Starions and Conquests, with the radiator mounting holes ¼” shorter than the brackets on the radiator. If this is the case on your car the holes on the radiator brackets need to be enlarged to match the core support.

That was the fastest I have sold 20 radiators.
My new supplier has changed the petcock to the metal style instead of the plastic.
Next GP I would like to get going asap as he is starting the next batch already. They will be done in 4-6 weeks

I hope I contibuted to that. I posted on another site that these are direct bolt ons for those that don't want to go through changing fans and etc. In the mean time mine will see little mileage until i get the a/c back up and working. It's way too hot and humid here to be without a/c that works well.

I installed my radiator today. It is a tight fit. Just clears the belts, hardpipes and etc. I did need to do a little tweeking of the lower edge of a fan shroud that was touching the connection of the lower radiator hose. I just bent it a little bit. It works well as far as lowering the operating temperature. So far the secondary fan has not come on. It has been raining all day so i can't say a lot more other than it looks real good. Appears to be another great product. New KDM intercooler and radiator..Now I just need to order a set of new hoses...hmmm....I wonder what is next on the assembly line at KDM?
