GP KDM 4" Upgrade Inter Cooler
Welcome KDM Performance members
It is that time again I believe. To once again offer the Newest KDM Performance 4" thick Performance upgraded Inter cooler for your Starion ESI-R or Conquest TSI.
This 4" thick Inter cooler is a Bolt on. Tried and Tested. from 334 rwhp and with bolt on KDM Performance Inter Cooler 337 rwhp

KDM Performance Inter cooler application specific upgrade kits for our Starion or Conquest factory inter cooled turbocharged cars. And are designed specifically for the Starion and Conquest by inter cooler width, height, thickness and placement all are calculated for maximum efficiency and performance.
Does HEAT SOAK have you down?
Tired of the Stock OEM Inter cooler stalling your track times?
Or end tanks popping causing an over rich problem?
Sounds like you need the new fix?
How about this new KDM 4" thick Replacement Inter Cooler?
Super large custom end tanks and 2 1/4" inlet and outlet
Bar and plate for the best cooling you will feel the difference
With "HEAT SOAK" not an issue any longer feel free to BOOST away corner after corner or 1/4 mile after 1/4 mile pass. You will not be disappointed. No other can match the cooling efficiency or the Massive Intimidating look of the KDM 4" Inter cooler.
Making this a MUST upgrade from the OEM Inter cooler.
OK, here are the pics of the inter cooler installed/test fitted.
I bent back the bottom middle air dam support bracket as I was not using it anyways and was able to remove the stock inter cooler and easily then installed the new KDM 4" Inter Cooler up until I reached the pipes where they slipped into the couplers for a good fit.
The new price is $334 shipped priority mail signature required with the purchase of the complete 2 1/4" Full Hard Pipe kit
If you are not a member your price will be $387 without the purchase of the entire kit.
Thus this KDM Performance Starion and Conquest 4" Inter Cooler

(I see you prefer USPS MO but your paypal addy is listed right above that. Does this mean after paypal you prefer money order, or money order only? Either way is fine for me.)

Hi Kelly, got the radiator, the thing is sick...my 8 year old son even went nuts "Dad, that's sooo cool!" Anyway, thanks, well packed and super fast shipping time to NJ.
I copied my post from the other IC thread, I guess this is the official thread now? You can add me to this list for the IC, I have a bunch of Paypaling to do this weekend, I'll forward you a deposit.
BTW, Happy belated BDay.

Put me down for one. I need some thing to work with my mpi project.
Why people try to go fast on the stock intercooler is beyond me. Any thing bigger than the 12a can benefit from this. The top entry also minimises pipe length and volume on a mpi set up.
